Ryan Barrow (34), Senior Executive Manager (Strategy & Legal)

Ryan, a Cambridge graduate, joined Namakwa in August 2009 from global law firm Allen & Overy LLP. His experience covers a wide range of corporate finance and capital markets transactions and he lead Namakwa through its initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange in 2007. As internal counsel, Ryan takes responsibility for the Company's legal function. In addition, he also provides strategic and transactional advice to the executive management team. |

Jacques Conradie (44), Group Financial Controller
Obtained CA (SA)
Jacques spent four years in the auditing field and qualified as a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) in 1993. He subsequently gained a further 17 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining the company he acted as the Financial Director of a large logistics and distribution company in a listed environment for more than 10 years. Jacques joined Namakwa in 1997 as the Group Financial Manager for two years prior to his appointment to senior management. |

Richard Hall (51), Chief Technical Officer
MSc. Geology (Cum Laude), MAusIMM, MGSA
Richard has 22 years of geological experience gained mostly in the diamond and gold mining industries. His main alluvial diamond experience stems from his role as Exploration Manager with De Beers' Namaqualand Mines Division, the single biggest alluvial mining operation in the world. Richard joined Namakwa Diamonds in August 2006 as their Chief Geologist and initially focused on building the Group's resource portfolio, which formed the basis of several pre-IPO preference share private placements in 2006-2007, prior to the 2007 listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). As a founder-member of Namakwa Diamonds Limited, Richard has been responsible for overseeing the Group's resource assets in five African countries and in the process, has considerably expanded the interests of Namakwa in the Namaqualand District and the NW Province of South Africa, Lesotho, as well as in the Democratic Republic of Congo. From January 2010 to May 2011, he took on the role of Group Geological Consultant where he provided input into the technical team and oversaw the resource reporting for the LSE. From June 2011, Richard has assumed the position of Chief Technical Officer and provides a quality assurance role to senior management through coordinating the Technical Team, which has been tasked to maintain the integrity of all aspects of the Group’s resource and mining operations. |

Anton Jacobsz (44), Chief Information Officer
Anton joined Namakwa Diamonds in March 2010. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT Industry, including six years of managing his own IT company, Pro- Line Computers. Thereafter he joined Microsoft, where he was responsible for various roles over a six year period including Director for OEM Southern Africa and Indian Ocean Islands and the integration and management of the various ERP business’ acquired by Microsoft and integrated into the South African subsidiary. Prior to Namakwa Diamonds, Anton was with Datacentrix and responsible for delivering Business Intelligence solutions and Business Process Management for various organisations. |

Pieter van Zyl (31), Chief Financial Officer (Storm Mountain Diamonds)
B.Acc degree (Stellenbosch), B.Comm (Hons) Acc (KZN), registered CA (SA).
Pieter has extensive experience in corporate finance, assurance, taxation and strategic financial management and was a key member of the finance team involved in Namakwa Diamonds' 2007 IPO and early stage acquisition trail. Pieter has an intrinsic knowledge of the financial operational management of the South African resource industry, having been consultant CFO to the South African diamond operation Alexkor Ltd, as well as providing tax consulting services to Shaft Sinkers Ltd and financial consulting services to Randgold & Exploration Limited. Previously, Pieter was a senior audit manager at ARC Chartered Accountants and Auditors Inc. with responsibility for a number of SME’s and listed entities. |

Keith Whitelock (76), Chief Executive Officer: Storm Mountain Diamonds
BSc. Min Eng.; BSc. Min. Geology; FSAIMM; FGSSA.
Keith has over 40 years' experience in diamond projects covering all aspects of locating, bulk sampling and mining of both alluvial and kimberlite deposits. He was employed by the original discoverer of Kao and the three other kimberlite pipes in the same area: Letseng, Liqhobong and Mothae. He also worked with De Beers for 21 years and joined Namakwa Diamonds after 14 years as CEO of Letseng Diamonds during which time he led the construction, commissioning and operation of the Letseng Mine. In July 2010, Keith was appointed Officer of the Most Loyal Order of Ramats'eatsana (OMLOR) by His Majesty King Letsie III of the Kingdom of Lesotho, in recognition of his outstanding contribution in the diamond mining industry in Lesotho. |
